Anime Creation Process Anime, or Japanese animation, is a popular form of entertainment that has long gained a global audience. The creation of anime involves a team of talented individuals working together to bring a story to life through carefully crafted visuals and sound. Story: The first step in the anime creation process is the development of the story. This typically involves a writer or team of writers coming up with the concept and writing a script. The script will include dialogue and descriptions of the action and visuals. Storyboards: Once the script is complete, the next step is to create a storyboard. This is a visual representation of the anime, with sketches of each scene laid out in the order they will appear. The storyboard is used as a guide for the rest of the production process. Characters and backgrounds: Next, the characters and backgrounds are designed by a team of artists. These designs will be used to create the final visuals for the anime. The character desig
Chapter 1067
Punk Records
Chapter summary:
We start with Bonney asking about the sudden decrease in the size of Vegapunk's head. Vegapunk reveals that he ate the brain-brain fruit and since it had become way too big, he cut it down. He tells that he has unlimited knowledge and that the more he acquires, the bigger his head grows. The antenna on top of his head connects to his brain via brainwaves and is kept inside the egghead named as "Punk Records". The six Vegapunks who were revealed to be Shaka, Lilith, Edison, Pythagoras, Atlas, and York share the same brain, but having different bodies enable them to be six times more efficient.
Vegapunk reveals that if he could somehow find a way to link all the people in the world to his brain, then the whole world would have access to his knowledge, Chopper gets excited about having access to all the medical records on the planet. Even though it would help people, Bonney interrupts saying that people always forget the sacrifices of the people for the sake of scientific developments. She tries to attack Vegapunk with her saber, but the saber attracts flying bugs, which rattles her and she faints.
Vegapunk asks about Luffy's visit to Wano and that there was another dragon other than Kaido. Luffy realizes that he is talking about Momo. He was the one who created that devil fruit after spending 20 years studying Kaido's lineage. Luffy curiously asks about the deal with the giant robot, and that's when we learn that it was built 900 years ago and single-handedly attacked Marie Jois 200 years ago. It climbed the red line and ran out of power before it could actually deal damage. Its objective is not known.
Vegapunk admits that he had done terrible things to Bonney and says that he needs to give her something, and requests Luffy to take him away from the egghead. We now see the world government's ship of Cipher Pol Zero division near the shore of the egghead's island with Rob Lucci at its helm. Shaka refuses to give permission for docking on the shore and asks to prepare for the battle. We cut to Kamabakka island, where Kuma is seen running when he was getting operated on/repaired and could barely stand by himself. Seeing this Monkey D. Dragon shouts and asks Kuma where does he want to go so badly?
Personal Thoughts:
A beautiful setup chapter especially the ending part could mean that the Strawthats and the Revolutionaries could meet as Kuma might be heading to Egghead island sensing that it is about to be destroyed. With all the knowledge that Vegapunk has, it could also mean he is also able to read the poneglyphs. For this reason, his breaking away from the world government could easily make him the target of pirates all over the world. But, I believe the world government would try to finish him off before anyone find out about this.
We could have the Enies Lobby 2.0 if the fight actually goes down. I don't know what to say, but at this point, it would feel a bit redundant having to fight the CP0 again, maybe a little skirmish and the Strawhats move is what I think would happen or the fight gets interrupted. We could then move on to Vegapunk's plea plot point.
With Oda possibilities are endless, and the built-up has been great, we got elements of the ancient kingdom, and also the intentions of the world government.
As always a 10/10 for me. Thanks for reading!
